Dr. McGuckin was born and raised in small town Uxbridge, Ontario. After receiving a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Nipissing University, he completed a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University.
He then went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Upon completion of his Doctorate, he received the Award for Interprofessional Collaboration for his efforts in working closely with family physicians, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals.
Today, Dr. McGuckin practices as a chiropractor in Napanee and works as a researcher at Queen’s University. He takes pride in delivering evidence-based care to his patients and working closely with other professionals to provide his patients with the best possible care guided by the most recent research.
Dr. McGuckin loves to be active. If he’s not walking his dog, Watson, he’s most likely running, biking, or hiking on local trails. He hopes to offer his patients and the community of Napanee opportunities to stay healthy, active, and pain free.
