Hailey Istead

Hailey grew up in the Napanee area and studied massage therapy at Algonquin College in Ottawa, where she graduated with honours in April 2017. Throughout her three years at Algonquin, Hailey gained experience working with a wide variety of conditions including: sports injury, post operative healing, pregnancy, neurological conditions, postural dysfunction, chronic pain, anxiety and depression.

Her interest in human anatomy and physiology is what lead her to massage therapy and what continues to fuel her enthusiasm for life long learning. She integrates a variety of techniques in her work and tailors each treatment to meet her clients individual needs. Hailey provides a thorough intake interview, assessment, hands on treatment and home care during every visit. She helps her clients understand their anatomy and how the proposed treatment plan may benefit existing impairments, as she believes client education is a very important part of the therapeutic process.

Hailey is excited to be working with the team at Napanee Family First Chiropractic and is eager to help her clients reach all their wellness goals.
